I'm told my Western Blot results are not CDC positive...however they do "show exposure" to LD. Can someone give me a layperson explaination of my situation?
Here's the data:
IgG band 31 (intensity, % of cutoff of 133)
IgM band 41 (intensity, % of cutoff of 095) IgM band 23 (intensity, % of cutoff of 070)
Thanks in advance to anyone who can boil this down to a bottom line for me!

Band 31 -- very specific for lyme Band 41 -- one of the most common antibody responses; not necessarily from lyme, but PROBABLY so.. Band 23 -- specific for lyme.
I've never seen a test result which reads like yours so I'm not sure what those percentages are. However, not being "CDC positive" doesn't mean a thing. If you are suffering lyme-like symptoms and other diseases have been ruled out, an LLMD would probably dx you with lyme disease.

Can anyone explain the "intensity, % of cutoff" numbers meaning?

Have no idea. We're versed in Igenex Lab results, not the other labs.
If you were to run a WB through Igenex, there's no telling how many more bands you'd have show up....could be a lot!!
