Wow! How interesting...that would explain his reclusivity (never hear about his private life) and his humility.
He doesn't "seem" to be suffering now but then again, who would really know? I don't think most people could tell how much I was suffering.

Man oh man...he grew up in Kentucky!!
I met him once, my daughter was in 4th grade and had a big crush on him. He signed her report card envelope, because that's all I had on me.
He made my knees buckle.
