Nah I've not heard of that form. It's probably not commercially available to the general public at the moment. I do take methylselenocysteine though (Activated Selenium "SeleNext", by Jarrow Formulas).
Methylselenocysteine is a naturally occurring form of selenium found in some foods. It reportedly has potent cancer preventative effects. Selenium is also essential for thyroid health and is an effective anti-oxidant.
I get my selenium naturally by eating two raw Brazil nuts daily.
