I don't have anything except anecdotal evidence from local people that the two are often seen together...

I have both babesia and POTS. Treatment with malarial drugs, beta blockers and thyroid hormone have all helped me immensely

I have POTS from lyme/babs and bart-I would love to see an article relating them.
