I had been on a variety of antibiotics for eight months. My LLMD suggested that I stop the antibiotics after the eighth month and begin Diflucan (along with supplements).
Within three days, many of my symptoms were worse: tingling, nerve pain, aches, etc.
I reported this info back to my LLMD and she put me back on Cefdinir--while continuing the Diflucan and supplements.
Could the aggravation be a good thing (ie, a sign that the Diflucan is working?)

Yes - die off of yeast also causes symptoms. I had the same thing happen when I was put on Diflucan, while on Rocephin, then I started seeing much improvement.
I was only on it for 10 days. I wished it was longer.
You should start feeling better before too long, just hang in there!

At this point, I have been on the Diflucan about twenty days with no improvements. Maybe too soon to see improvements?

One more thought...symptoms have remained aggravated even after adding antibiotic back in--with the exception of mild night sweats that I had noticed when taking Diflucan without anitibiotics.
In other words, I have not noticed any night sweats after adding the antibiotic back in to my protocol.
