I have searched this and not found the answer. Can any of the lyme co-infections cause an elevated wbc count?

My WBC is elevated too. How high is yours? How long has it been high? I am around 13.8. It has been high for 2 years now. Do you know if your Leukocyte alkaline phosphatase level is elevated too? I posted a message a few days ago about this, but no one responded. Not sure what Leukocyte alkaline phosphatase is or does but I think it's related to WBC.

A high white count normally indicates infection is present and the body is trying to fight it. It doesn't say which infection.. just infection.

Could be Lyme, co-infections or many other infections causing it.

Very common in early stages of Lyme.. and sometimes.. not always.. tends to get lower the longer the infection has been around or when your body isn't able to fight it as vigorusly.

Hope that helps.
