The reason I am asking is because whenever I get headaches, my pupil dilates.
Does anybody else have an unequal pupil during headaches?

My 2 sons (age 17 & 21) have intracranial hypertension (also known as pseudo-tumor cerebri).
There pupils don't dilate with their headaches. They have had constant, severe headaches since 1999.
IH is usually diagnosed from a lumbar puncture. My sons' opening pressures are very high.
My kids don't have hypertension, they have low blood pressure.
I would be happy to answer any other questions.

Any idea what this squirting sound going up the back of my head could be? Only notice it when I'm laying down or inclined on the couch.

Doxycycline can cause intracranial hypertension, while on doxy. See your doc about this, and if the other tetracyclines can cause this.
A pediatric frug book said look for pulsing temples in a baby on doxy as an indicator of IH.
When I did doryx, I had a massive headache, ubt i don't recall my temples pulsing though they may have benn. At the time I was on a 4 hr. drive on Rte.95, and despite headache had to keep my eye on the road, and so, perhaps didn't notice the pulsing temples, thus no memory of it.
