Ok does anyone have intense pain that runs down the back of your legs?

It's like all down the back of my bottom, hamstrings, and then down to my calves.

It feels like inflamation, almost hot, and I think it's coming from my connective tissue..so it feels pretty deep.

It is a constant pain, not stabbing... like if something were inflamed, and even warm.

Almost feels like toxins...that are stuck???

Well there's my description, does anyone have anything similar???

It's sooo uncomfortable, I just want to cry at times!!! [Frown]

Mine is mostly in the back of my thighs. I sit on the edge of my chair because I dont like how they feel if I am sitting on them.

They sweat terribly. The only way I can explain the way they feel is that something is "eating" them. Like my muscles were run through a meat grinder.

I've had this symptom for 1 1/2 years. The only thing that helps me is a heating pad or hot bath. As soon as the heat is off, it is right back again.

Very frustrating, sorry I can't help you, but I'm still looking for answers. Hopefully, someone will chime in and help us both.

I've been battling Lyme-related peripheral and other neuropathies for a decade. Part of the worst of this was pain in the back of my calves. A tingling, burning soreness -- just about unbearable. I ended up having to take both Neurontin and amitryptilline, both working well for me now (knock on wood) but I'll share something with you. My mother bought a jar of blue menthol rub-on gel for $1 in an odd lot store and gave it to me in desperation. This little jar was a lifesaver and got me through the very worst of times.
