I've been desperately trying to find what may be wrong with my 7 year old son.

I have explained the very short version of the process so far in my first post:

I was just diagnosed with Lyme myself a few days ago.

My question is, on the symptom list, do you have to have all or most of the symptoms,

or how many do you have to have to consider lyme?

He's been seen for JLA, because of a positive ANA.

That was ruled out because joint pain is not constant.

He's diagnosed with having autoimmune neutropenia because of Low WBC and an antineutrophil antibody was detected.

He's good for a while, like maybe a week to a month or even two, there's no real pattern to when he gets sick.

He gets fever, body aches, muscles hurt, joints hurt, headache and eyes hurt.

He's usually better in 24 hours until it comes again.

During the times when he does not have a fever, he does complain of headaches often.

He also complains of feeling nauseated and his stomach hurting.

He complains of his ribs hurting and chest hurting out of the blue all time too.

He gets headaches.

He doesn't have a lot of the lyme symptoms there are so many, but I don't know what else to have tested!

As I said in my last post as well, he had a positive initial screen for lyme, but the WB came back negative.

I've been told a positive ANA can make a positive lyme titer? Don't know if that is true or not.

If he has 20 or more symptoms then that could mean lyme and should be tested.
