I get this from alot of things:
1.) the infection taking hold
2.) it dying ( hey its confusing!)
3.) menstrual cycle
4.) Yep, yeast die off.

I get them mainly when I am falling asleep/waking up.

Ok- I'm not the only weird one- I hope...

I call them "brain jiggles" Usually feels like my brain (inside skull) is jiggling like Jello on a plate. Sometimes when resting, but mostly seems this is what wakes me up 4ish every morning.

Jiggling was noticed after starting antibiotics and headaches went from sever to moderate.

LLMD said can be typical of Lyme symptoms- I think it is just weird (and sometimes bothersome).

I would be interested in cause and if there is something to help it-maybe I could sleep longer if jiggle was gone.

I have had the Cell Phone Feeling (tm) in my feet since the start of my symptoms and it went away about 2 months ago...the burning/tingling forgot to leave with it [Frown]

I was taking doxy/rifampin/diflucan/nystatin at the time.

Conventional medicine would tell you that the vibration sensation is just part of your nerves being affected by the disease. Whether it's vibration, tingling or whatever depends what fibres got affected and to what extent.
