800mg of mag oxide works like a champ... keeps lyme at bay as well. Mag is my favorite mineral. Of all time.

It doesn't have to be WalMart brand. I believe every drug store chain has their own brand of colace (stool softener).

They probably do. The one at WalMart is really cheap...like $4 a bottle. Be sure to get the one without a stimulant.
