My 10 year old daughter told me today that she wants to do her science project on Lyme disease!

She is so sweet because she wants other people to know what her mommy is going through and to tell people that Lyme disease is no joke! [kiss]

I think this is a great opportunity to educate others about this disease.

Does anyone have any ideas on a hypothesis she could use? [confused]

I am going to " google" science projects on Lyme and see what I could find but I thought I would ask the experts.

I think a great hypothesis would be 'Does Chronic Lyme Disease Exist?'

The concept that an infection that's not treated adequately or at all just doesn't go away would certainly make a great science fair project!

Or what about 'The Difficulty Diagnosing Lyme Disease'. She could explore the imitative properties of Lyme Disease.

YEA for her!! I can't think of a topic right now, even though I taught a few years of 5th grade!
