My friend emailed me today to tell me that her friend just got his book published and it is available on Amazon.

The Poison Plum is fiction but based on his journey to be diagnosed.

There seems to be good reviews.

I bought it a few months back but haven't read it yet. Lymeblue said it was excellent though!
