I just started both of these a week ago, and my fatigue has gotten even worse. I have lyme and bart and am taking Cefuroxime 1g daily with Zith 500mg daily.
Has anyone had a herx from resveratrol? The herb I have also contains a good amount of grapeseed extract.

I even started taking Provigil last week, and my fatigue still seems to have worsened, along with my brain fog, and delusions.

Does Cefuroxime, Zith or resveratrol significantly help in fightin bartonella?

I've just started resveratrol, and I've noticed some herxing with fatigue, etc.

Zith makes me tired and depressed and fatigued big time even on 1/4 tablet every 3 days. It may be the zith.

This thread was started over a year ago, but it is timely for me.

I've been trying source naturals resveratrol for the past 5 days. Fortunately, I keep a daily log with meds, supplements, and symptoms to gauge my reactions.

I've been getting very lightheaded, not quite dizzy, but just weird. My urine has been getting a deeper yellow even without the vitamin B complex pills. I've also been experiencing more fatigue and a worsening of symptoms along with some depression and anxiety. Sound like herxing?? or a reaction to resveratrol? I started eith 2 pills the first day, and 3 everyday after along with the Siberian ginseng extract Buhner recommended. The ginseng has no effect, but I think the resveratrol does.

Does anyone else have adverse reactions to resveratrol? It has such a beautiful write up in Buhner's book and from his website that I thought I would try it. Maybe, it's just my body.

A penny for you thoughts?

Thanks,
CherylSue
