If you google
rifampin coumadin
you will find supporting evidence for possible
interaction.

I am not sure if there were case studies, but
there was lots of info.

Of course, that depends on whether or not you
are meaning warfarin/coumadin as the blood
thinner.

Or just the omega oils, etc.
