The last couple days I've noticed some pressure (not really pain) under my arms. Its intermittent. Could it be my system is trying to clear dying bacteria?
I'm taking levaquin and recently added mino to treat a case of bart. I seem to be herxing again on this combo.
Any thoughts appreciated.

Mr. P...
Sounds reasonable to me.
Cluttered with junk and toxins.. the nodes may not be happy campers.
But only the nodes node.
Could also be muscle spasms?
Other than that... I couldn't say.
Hope you feel well soon!
Good luck!

Following a two week herx on babesia meds ,
I woke up to find all of my lymph nodes sore and inflamed.
Under my arms, neck, and even behing my knees.
I had a massage scheduled that day (Christmas gift).
I went anyways.
I was sore afterwards, but the next day my lymph nodes were down significantly
And went away completely in a couple of days.
My LLMD said that massages are a great way to remove those extra toxins.
Now I have a medical reason for a massage.
Just need to find time with two small children.
Hugs,
Geneal

Chris,
Its the levaquin killing the bart, i had 3 days straight of 500mg of levaquin with a proton pump inhibiter and had to stop as i herxed the worst ever also thought maybe my tendons were getting too sore. My glands under my arms in my groin on my neck are all sore and my spleen is also sore. My immune system is dealing with the bart that the levaquin has dug from deep in my muscles and other body tissue. I see it as a good sign, as my muscles are burning/and achey and the crawling and stinging has magnified, the critters seem to be running everywhere.
i am still taking 300mg rifampicin and 200mg doxycycline per day and will pulse levaquin prob only 250mg once i can, but it seems to be working. just got find a way of getting rid of every single bug

Chris,
It's going to start loooking like I'm stalking you, but in reality, your topics are dealing with what I'm going through right now as well, so I keep finding them.
For me, the Levaquin is when I started getting SWOLLEN lymph nodes. I have one that will get as big as a golf ball under my right arm.
My LLMD even had me go to my PCP regarding it, just to make sure it really was bart related and nothing else....meaning just rule out the things like cancer, etc.
They did an ultra sound of the Lymph node and found nothing serious in my case, so my LLMD was comfortable that this was bart related and yes, while trying to clean all this stuff out, it can get tender and even swell.
Since I'm not a doctor, I can't say for certain what yours is, but I can say that in my particular case, that was the path I went down. The lymph node has gone down since the time when I was FIRST starting Levaquin, but it will go up and down still. Just not nearly as severely anymore.
