I just don't know what this could be.... I'm not pregnant!
I usually notice this at 4am every morning and it lasts until I wake up and move around a bit... around 10-11AM.
I don't think this is a herx since I just had an increase of symptoms and now a decline of symptoms and I'm still naseaous.
I'm drinking more green tea and probably less water in the afternoon as a result so could it be dehydration?
Is my stomach just angry at the ABX now? I've been on amoxi for 3.5 months now.
Maybe I'm fighting off a virus or something... but this has been going on well over a week or two so it's lasting a long time.
Has anyone gone through this?
Thanks!! Christine

Could it be hypoglycemia? Maybe eating a protein snack before bed would help.
I keep a glass of water by my bed to prevent dehydration. That could be it.
Or it could be that virus.

you think after now I'd be 'tuned' into my body enough... i dunno.
i'll try more water and just wait it out.
i'm thinking it could be lack of water....
i'm thinking of taking a break from my abx but i'll speak to my LLMD about that.

I thought one of the symptoms of Lyme was nausea? I know I have had on/off nausea since October and I do eat before bed and drink water through the night.
Do you have bad anxiety?
On the probiotics, my doc told me I do not have to take priobiotics since plant foods provide plenty of prebiotics.

ya. maybe it's just a new symptom... I've also noticed that my body temperature has been warmer than usual.
i'm going to try to remember to drink lots of water.
i recall a dream that i had last night where I was madly drinking glass after glass of water.
perhaps my subconsious was trying to tell me something LOL.

Most of the toxins in our bodies peek upon awakening. Are you doing some good detoxing?

"Morning sickness" was one of my first major symptoms. I would feel absolutely awful after eating breakfast. We went through a bunch of GI tests to check things out and look for gastroparesis, which can cause nausea after eating. Everything checked out "fine" except I was still feeling sick. I do think that the sickness was caused by some sort of parathesis of the gut and intestines. It was just serious enough to make me sick, but not slowing things down too much. What I wasn't really sure about was why it hit in the morning, except that it's a time of a lot of "GI activity" (ahem) for me and so it probably just was being quite irritated. That has subsided in many ways since beginning the antibiotics. My thought is that it's related to bart. Tom
