finally doctor put me in bicillin, first shot was only 300.000 UI for see allergy;
i'm two days without sleep, 24 hour just after shot started as a cold along 2 hours, and after convert to major disconfort, all the body and head burn as hell, and vibrate, not is anxiety, is as pressure that loose control; i watch for a posible allergy but i haven't itching or rare skin, only a few breathless;
i had various herx from other ab's: flu herx with tetra 20 days after start, neuro herx with azi, bone herx with septra after 6 weeks, but this... i made this first shot of bicillin with illusion but this is rare and too much hard; any experience as this with bicillin? is intolerance?

Bicillin IM (intramuscular) has better penetration than oral ABX so it may be getting to places orals have not reached. This could be why your reactions are intense. I have been on Bicillin for a while now and it seems to be moving me in the right direction. I am going to continue as long as my LLMD reccomends. You must always watch for an allergy. You can become allergic at any time. If you feel that this may be an allergic reaction you must consult with your doc. An allergic reaction can be very serious. I have an epi-pen to counter act any allergic reaction that might occur. Talk to your doc about this.
All that being said, I think Bicillin is a worthwhile treatment.

I have had terrible insomnia since I started bicillin a couple of weeks ago, and other symptoms that seem to indicate a neuro herx (a seizure, really terrible brain fog, pressure on right side of the head, etc.).
I'm sticking it out, and I think these are just herx symptoms. Hopefully yours are too but nevertheless, you might want to check with your LLMD to make sure you're not having an allergic reaction.

really are rare symptoms, i never had a herx like this, is too much fast, i believe that i need a clasic herx of flu or muscle and bones for faith in it, but i feel ill, anxious and worry
i'm angry with myself because i'm out of control, is like i'm waiting come some bad, i'm freeze with fear to a allergic reaction, i don't know if bicillin afect my mind

Oh honey,I'm so sorry, how scary this must be for you.
I have not had any problems at all like that with the bicillin. Do you have any Ativan, or Valium, or anything you can take to help you settle down?
Have you called the doctor?
I have no explanation for what is happening, but maybe you would feel better if you got your hands on an epi pen. I know you mentioned in chat they don't have them there, but they must have something for people who get stung by bees and are allergic.
You only use it though it your throat is literally closing up and you can't breathe. Otherwise it can be dangerous.
I hope you feel better. Try a bath with epsom salts, baking soda, and hydrogen peroxide. I think a benzodiazepam might be in order to help you feel better and more relaxed for the next few days.

Bicillin was the most intense herx for me - I never herxed until I started it - with each shot it lessens (well actually after 6th shot).......as soon as I had my 1st shot within 4 hours I could not breath, my anxiety was uncontrolable, I was having severe panic attacks and I felt like I had been hit by a bus my head pressure was so bad - I remained on it for many months and will defo start it again at some point.
Just keep an epi pen in the house - I am sure you will never need it but it will be your mental security
You MUST clear the Neurotoxins all day long as it has a high kill rate so you normally would get a bad herx
