My husband has been on IV Rocephin daily for the last month and our LLMD is now substituting one day of IV Flagyl a week. He is also now starting Mepron and Zith. He also takes artimisinin and some other herbs.
He has tested positive for lyme, bart quintana and babs. He remaining symptoms are headache, fatigue and brain fog.
Does this sound like a good combo to you? Does flagyl do anything for bart? I think our LLMD said it did but I don't recall hearing that before. I know zith can help bart. What do you think the rationale is for adding it one day a week?
We are going to consult with Zhang once I read his book, so maybe we can add HH capsules to the mix.

I was on IV Rocephin for 4 1/2 months. Took it 4 days and off 3 days. I started flagyl the second week of treatment and took it for 14 days off 7 days. Continued that way the whole time. Well he added zithormax on 5th week for 14 days. The Flagy is to break down the cyst part of lyme. Is your husband on Urso for gallbladder?? If not I would ask. Is he taking Rocephin everyday??

My LLMD says Flagyl is a cyst buster, a lyme killer a bart and ehrilichia killer...almost covers it all..almost.
