i hear that sitting in a 106* sauna for 20 minutes a day increases the effectiveness of abx by 16 times!
i started yesterday, but the sauna was not as hot as i thought, or maybe just because my body temp is lower than it should...and stayed in a bit longer, being careful of bad signs...
anyhow, afterwards, not immediately afterwards, i feel some herxy-like symptoms increase...
can a sauna cause this, or is it the abx getting to the bugs better because of the sauna... and is this good?
tomorrow i am going to go again but i think the sauna will be a bit hotter than it's been (i mentioned something to the staff)...
thanks john

I'm not sure WHY it works, but believe it does! I think it's just the heat.
Keets do NOT like the heat. Let's just hope you are killing them, not just p****** them off!

I don't have access to a sauna anymore (quit the gym) but I bought a plastic/vinyl workout suit that increases your sweat output (by a LOT!) -- was so happy to have herx reaction after workout last night - felt miserable, nausea, headache - but so glad that they were back.
Maybe as I get fitter it will take more to get rid of the little suckers.
