The recommendations I found on the web are all over the place on how much and what time of day to take Milk Thistle.
Any recommendations on what works for you?

I take one or two milk thistle pills with every meal. I don't bother to count the dosage.

ive been steadily taking 500mg in one capsule every day and have had no liver problems even while on IV abx for 9 months. dont know if that has anything to do with it but feel good about taking it:)

i take as many as 4 pills a day along with 2 NAC's and a whey proterin drink for my liver
