Black pepper is shown as a powerful efflux pump inhibitor in a mrsa strain using cipro,
allowing the combo to rid drug rest. disease. I was
on levaquine for a while now, barts appear still
very bad, I took a levaquine got the common
headache, and took some ground peppercorn under my spitting it out after 1/2 hour, in about 15
minutes, the headache vanished, and I feel weird things in my feet that levaquine alone didnt do.

Try putting coptis powder under your tongue. It has berberine - a potent and recognized efflux pump de-activator.
Also add Thyme (looks like you're already on Rosemary). It increases the accumulation of antibiotic inside microbes. Especially tetracyclines and beta-lactam abx.

I personally experienced a lot of improvements on bicillin, but they think I am allergic now, so I had to stop it.
What about the theory that penicillin type abx can create cell-wall deficient forms, or form cysts?

What if blocking the EPI pump blocks its ability to go cyst form????
