It's 3 weeks into treatment of bart h. bart q. and myco, with rifampin.
Weeks one and two went great, I was perky, had energy, was thinking clearly. Then my tummy went bad.
I've had to go off of the rifampin due to the orange fire water that has been coming out of my well, you know.
I'm so sore that I'm considering ice cubes on my hemmeroids. I feel like vomiting all the time, and i've dropped 10 lbs in about a week. (ok, that part isn't bad)!
I've had samonella in the past, and this isn't quite as bad, but it is close.
I was a good girl, I quit sugar and carbs, was living on meat and salad, then quit the salad too, cause that didn't seem to be helping matters.
I've taken probiotics every day. And still my tummy has rebelled.
This sucks. When will the tummy stop being so rumbly?
Take care, KP

If you've just started taking probiotics, this could be adding to your GI distress. It takes some time for things to settle down. (I think I recall my stomach gurgling for a good half hour after each probiotic dose for a couple months).
Be sure to keep yourself hydrated - get some electrolyte packets to add to your water, because getting dehydrated gets ugly. Been there.
Be on the lookout for a white tongue or mouth tasting like cheese - the yeast taking over could also be adding to your 'fun'. In which case, promptly contact your LLMD.
There's a wonderful product by New Chapter that's a lifesaver when it comes to the BIG D.
SuperCritical Omega 7 by New Chapter. Vitamin Shoppe usually has at least one bottle in the store, and it's always available online. It's all natural, made of sea-buckthorne, and rebuilds the lining of your gi system. For really bad days, take 2 about 20 minutes before your big meals. You should see a difference in a matter of a couple days.
Here's a link to it at Vitamin Shoppe in case you decide to go to the store (as some clerks have no idea what it is or where they keep it). The box is pretty unique

Sugars may be adding to your stomach problems by giving you gas from the yeast in your GI tract. Try cutting down your sugars & see if it makes a difference. I learned that when I drank cranberry juice, I had awful GI symptoms, and it was from the natural sugar in the cranberries. (I always bought no sugar added juice.)
As for the hemorroids, I learned a very simple technique to help them. I had flaming hemorroids myself, but they are pretty much non-symptomatic now.
Basically, you squat on the toilet with your feet up on the seat. Yeah, I know, that means you have to clean the seat after if your feet were not super clean. But, to get rid of the burning that caused me to dance in pain after I sat on the toilet and to be unable to sit in a chair after, it's worth it. After only a few days, I had no more pain.

I have been convinced by my experience that the upset stomach might be caused by high concentration of the medicine released from the capsules or tablets.
Now I take liquid abx (very diluted, mixed with 1 TSP of coconut oil) made from the abx capsules or tablets to avoid the stomach-hurting problem.
