does anyone know if Psyllium Husk will cause a Herx?

began taking PH monday eve and my stools slowly changed from liquid/loose to somewhat soft/formed/loose mush, and my stomach is weird.

i'm super flat and achy today.. not feeling great as previously reported (you know the drill).

HBOT suggested a Colonics after Tx but i decided to start now with PH.

i'm certain this is temporary.. i tend to forget what not feeling good feels like after feeling so great for a period of time.

if you have any experience with PH please respond, thanks.
