i am looking for natural anti-inflammatories. any xango fans out there? is it as powerful as people say in reducing inflammation? do you herx harder when you don't drink it?

xango is a waste of money IMO but u can try it.
there are plenty of other ways to reduce inflamation aside from spending 40 bucks on a bottle of mangosteen juice.
if you decide to try it, you can always buy a bottle off ebay or amazon, without having to commit to buying 4 at a time, etc.
good luck

do you have some anti-inflammatory ideas i could try? this is for my mother's vertigo. i am thinking if she has some inflammation, reducing could help alleviate this symptom

A simple and effective way to reduce inflamation is to remove it before it circulates through the body. Check out links in here associated to binders such as activated charcoal, apple pectin, chlorella, zeolite and the like. It is a start and will take time to determine a good protocol for you mother.
Inflamation usually has a cause due to toxic overload. If amalgams and mercury are at play that can be a piece of the puzzle you're trying to solve.

I don't know if it helps anti-inflammatory as it's not one of my main symptoms but it DOES make me herx and I feel like it's killing something.
Also boosts my energy and tastes yummy!

Just started studying DMSO & MSM. The MSM is used internally & it's supposed to help. Haven't tried it, though.
