Well, I am not one of the *wise* ones, but I have had blurry vision so you are not alone.
It's frustrating for sure, especially trying to read or watch TV. I don't know if the blurry vision is more from co-infections, Lyme, toxins or all of it? It did get better with treatment for me, doxy seemed to really help and treatment for Babesia also.
Dry eyes can make it much worse, and it usually got worse for me while herxing. You might want to see an LL eye doctor just to make sure your eyes are okay.
You can buy drops over the counter for dry eyes that may help.
I hope it gets better for you soon, hang in there and keep us posted.

I would call the pharmacy and make sure its not a side effect of something prescription you are taking because it is a possible side effect of some.
If it were me i would also want an eye dr (especailly if you can find a lyme literate one) to check the eyes out and make sure everything is ok.

Lyme symptom. I had blurry vision in the beginning in one eye. Mine subsided w/treatment.
If you are taking Plaquenil - tell your LLMD and have your eyes checked every 6 months. I just spoke with an eye doctor about this a few days ago.

Just my two cents...I have had blurred vision episodes as well which last about 3 or 4 days.
My 15 yr old son and my 14 yr old daughter have just started this as well. We all have lyme. Don't think ours is related to antibiotics or anything else we're on because we've all been to the eye docs and nothing is ever found to cause it.
I don't think I'd worry too much, but I would call your doc on Monday or an eye doc just to make sure nothing else is going on.
Take care.

I went to see "the" neuro opthomologist lyme guy in Lancaster last year
It turned out my blurry vision was actually an eye teaming problem called a convergence insufficiency disorder -
my eyes were individually healthy but not working together causing all sorts of problems - it can cause blurry vision, double vison , etc
There is actually therapy for it - very common with Lyme I understand. Dr. S in Lancaster wrote an article about it
