Someone recently mentioned on a thread that a strong reaction to chorella could be a sign that you need a higher dose. The idea is that the amount that you are taking is enough to stir up the toxins, but not enough to remove them.
My children and I have tested for heavy metals and have a lot of different ones to deal with.
None of us are able to tolerate one tab of 3,000mg. I became really angry. My daughter and son irritable and depressed. We could probably handle taking one or two a week. (we have to get along!)
I have a friend with lyme who is taking ten of these tabs a day.
I was thinking about taking baby doses and then moving up. Could it be possible that we need more?
What is your experience?

I have heard Dr K suggest that low doses mobilize more than they bind and high doses function as more of a binder than a mobilizer.

Scott,
Did he say how much is a low dose?

I am wondering how much to take and what brand too.

3000 mg actually sounds like a pretty high dose to me.
did you really mean 3000? (i had no idea chlorella came in such high doses - mine are 200 mg tablets)

Heiwalove,
The tablets I have are Crypto Power, Cryptomonadales.
It has 3,000 mg of Chorella Sorokiniana per tab.
That sounds like a lot?

it sounds like a lot to me but i am not aware of that particular chlorella. i take pyrenoidosa. so maybe the type you're taking is measured differently? i'm not sure. scott (who posted above) would know more about this than i do.
