Has anyone tried Zyvox - possibly or Bartonella?

I'm slated to try this and looking into it. Since I've heard others have trouble with insurance, I found this info on the Pfizer site indicating ways they can help. http://www.pfizerhelpfulanswers.com/pages/misc/Default.aspx Pfizer: 1-888-327-7787 - they list this number to call for assistance with reimbursement and insurance appeals for coverage of Zyvox, along with financial assistance for others who qualify.

Not a good Idea to use it for Bartonella because:
"ZYVOX has no clinical activity against Gram-negative pathogens and is not indicated for the treatment of Gram-negative infections. It is critical that specific Gram-negative therapy be initiated immediately if a concomitant Gram-negative pathogen is documented or suspected."
"Bartonella sp are gram-negative bacteria previously classified as Rickettsiae. They cause several uncommon diseases: cat-scratch disease, an acute febrile anemia, a chronic cutaneous eruption, and disseminated disease in immunocompromised hosts"
