I know I've started this thread before but I'm hurting.
I am SO SICK of the pelvic pain as well as the lower back pain. I'm just not functioning well and I'm terribly frustrated.
I've gone to the gyn and she suggested I see my primary doc and have her order a CAT scan for my pelvis.
I have one good day .....not a whole one but you get that......then, I need help putting my shorts on.
I have this brace that I have to put on. It "holds" me together. Well, at least it feels like it holds me together.
I have started to improve elsewhere in my body but this unbearable pain stops me from doing basic things.
It totally affects my mood (my poor kids). I just can't seem to catch a break.
Time to medicate and strap in so I can maybe get some sleep....

came right back but. but once i started the doxy it went away completely.

im just scanning the boards today, my eyes are hurting.
I have this and can relate. Are you getting the CT scan?
I would recommend finding a pelvic pain center in your area and get evaluated for pelvic floor dysfunction.
It really sounds like you may have it(this wont show on a CT scan)
You need a very thorough workup of the pelvis to rule out anything else.
If it is the muscles , often muscle relaxers will help. Do you find warm showers or baths help?
Feel free to PM me.
Hang in there, once you get things ruled out, you will have more pieces to your puzzle.

Hi, I can't remember your previous posts about this right now, but I too have big trouble with pelvic pain. It can shrink your entire world, to be in such pain. I'm so sorry you're having it too.
Here are some sources of pelvic pain that I've found are contributing to mine, maybe you can investigate some of these, if you haven't already:
Endometriosis? Adenomyosis? Ovarian cysts? Sounds like your GYN thinks not, but keep in mind that the pain from endo and adeno does not have to be cyclical - mine was constant and debilitating until I had a hyst (at 28).
Kidney stones - evidently I have them often, passing many tiny gravelly stones frequently. I'm not an ER person, so will insist on staying home in most cases (pelvic exam at the ER - ugh, no thanks) but finding out that I was passing stones when I thought it was all endo pain was enlightening.
Bartonella, yeast, and Lyme in the gut can cause intestinal inflammation and pain.
Adhesions - have you had a pelvic area surgeries that may have created scar tissue? Or endo will create adhesions as well. These can be very painful.
And the big one - Bacterial Dysbiosis (overgrowth of bacteria in the gut). Treating that has brought me more relief than anything else. I was diagnosed through a specialty lab, and even the GI doc had missed everything going on.
I hope you find the cause of this, soon, and something to help with the pain.
