I'm confused over the different types of LED devices (arrays) there are?

What type is the best to use for Lyme? 660NM , 880nm, 590nm... & some that are a mix of red and NIR?!

any help would be appreciated....thnx...dch

This is a good and hard question.

660nm is found more effective than invisible NIR lights such as 880nm in would healing, though the latter may have better penetration.

This probably is that the cytochrome C oxidase has higher absorption for 660nm.

In the Sparkle's new post, it claimed that the 660nm light can reach every cell in the body if it's strong enough.

I did a bunch of research & decided to try the LightWorks. It has both 660 & 880 on separate sides. Some units like the Lumen 90 are more powerful & use the 880 range. I'm sure there are others.

It's hard to say what the exact wavelength should be. This is a new area of medicine. There still has to be more studies about it.

Just do some research & see what you can find that you feel is appropriate to you.
