Decipher these lab results for me?

I finally got a copy of my medical record from my visit to the Rheumatologist, not the MD that initially diagnosed me with Lyme. The Rheumy drew another round of labs. I am having difficulty understanding what I am reading, and since the Rheumy was soooo horrendous, I will not be going back there. Can anyone help me understand the results listed below? I don't seem to be getting any better, and I don't know what to do next.

I would appreciate any help anyone can give.I will copy the results as listed and bold anything listed as abnormal on the results. The tests were done at Quest.

Phagocytophilum - IgG <1:64

IgM <1:20 *

Babesia Microti IgG - < 1:16

IgM - 1:20 * H

Lyme Disease screen - 3.11 H

Lyme Disease Interpret. - Positive ABN

Lyme Disease IgG WB Negative:

2 bands reactive - 23 and 41. The rest non-reactive

Lyme Disease IgM, WB Positive:

23 - Reactive

39 - Non-reactive

41 - Reactive

Parvovirus B19 AB IgG - 7.3

IgM - 0.2

Vitamin D, 25 - OH, Total - 19

Rheumatoid Factor - 14

I think I can help a little.

The ones with an H next to them seem to indicate "high".

I've had these show up on other tests like cholesterol, blood sugar, etc.

Positive Elisa.

Positive IgM Western Blot (CDC).

I (think) positive babesia testing as well.

Hope others can help out. Again I think that is what those tests are saying.

Hugs,

Geneal

How it was explained to me, even though technically I have a CDC positive, with the same bands you have, 23 and 41...the Florida health dept called me after I tested positive and said that THEY won't count it unless you have the coinciding bands on the IgG side. You do. So even though you and I are both CDC positive, you have the bands coinciding on the IgG side.

My LLMD told me that sometimes the IgG side won't show up until way later and may never show up if your immune system is really down.

Regardless, that's a positive. That's what I've gathered anyway. [Smile]

What symptoms do you have?

Thanks!!

It's probably easier to list the symptoms I don't have.

In reality, I have pretty bad headaches, profound exhaustion, a lot of trouble focusing, pains that migrate from joint to joint at any given time, I have lost 17 lbs in 5 weeks, drecnhing swaets with the tiniest exertion, etc. I finished a 4 week course of Ceftin last week for the Lyme, but I feel worse than ever.
