Hi all,

I'm currently not on abx due to GI distress. Until I

get clearance from my GI doc, no abx for me. So,

I'm wondering, what can I do for myself re: tx

until I start abx again? I'd like to detox as much

as possible and even kill the ******* spirochetes

if I can get my hands on non-abx means of doing

so. Any info is appreciated.

hey L,

stephen buhner's book 'healing lyme' has lots of good ideas. some antispirochetal herbs he recommends are andrographis, japanese knotweed, cat's claw. get the book though for dosing instructions (i have it, if i see you soon i'll lend it to you).

also the cowden protocol -- nutramedix products like samento (a type of cat's claw) and cumanda. search here or on google and you'll find the info. [Smile]
