Turmeric helps me. Buy and read Healing Lyme by Stephen Buhner.
Some of the herbs he writes about do help.

Zyflamend by New Chapter.

I also give it to my elderly dogs. Been approved by Vets. Also has been shown to kill prostate cancer cells...

Totally rocks.

Got me off prescription NSAIDS.

Vitamin Shoppe and Vitacost both stock it regularly.

I used Turmeric and Ginger to control Crohn's intestinal inflammation.

I took two doses a day of 1000mg of each. It helped quite a bit but was not a total answer, but that was for a different disease.
