I have Orville too.. 50% less salt and fat.

i've eaten AIR-POPPED corn for 25-30 years; love it but i add 2 tsps. of butter and moderate salt to it.

I ate some popcorn last night for the first time since starting my diet. I was so hungry. This diet is the hardest thing I have ever done. Thinking about seeing a nutrionalist.
