I took it for parasites in stomach- 1 -500mg pill per day for 1 week-
It Hammers parasites -1 week - Totally fixed my stomach that had been a wreck for 10 years
If you are taking for babs Im not sure how long it takes -

I took 500mg twice daily for 3 days. Herxed big time. I couldn't tolerate it anymore. I really need to treat babs however.

The longest I took it was 1-1/2 years. Now I'm back on it. Shoulda stayed on it on my opinion. It kills of yeast. Had yeast probs when I got off it.
edit: BTW I'm not sure what it was killing, Lyme Cysts or Babs, Parasites? But it helped my neuro symtoms dramatically. Was sad when i got off. Happy to be back on Posted by sunseaflower (Member # 6681) on :
FoggyinLa , my neurosymptoms(brain fog, depression, concentration diffuculty,anxiety) has been disturbed to me so much . what was your neuro symptoms?which neurosymptoms improved? as far as i know , alinia is anti opurtinistic drug for aids(antimycotic and antiparasiter) what does it effect on borrelia? can you give me some information? thank you ahmet

My LLMD says it's effective vs cysts in addition to it's primary use vs parasites & babesia. It seems to be very strong, and I'm seeing good results with it, though only on it for 1 week.
FoggyinLA, it's distressing to hear that you were on it for 1.5 years. I dream of being able to get off of abx completely. Were you on any other anti babesia meds along w/the Alinia when you were on it before?
I'm on artemesinin, Alinia, Mepron, Azithromycin, Enula, Doxy, Red Root and Boneset...all at the same time.
I'm taking 2 tabs/day...1 twice daily. What dose are you on?

My neuros were pretty much the same as your seaflower except depression, but add to that insomnia for me. Like QB said it goes after parasites, yeast (woohoo!) babs, and lyme cysts. It felt that I had way more control of my mind while I was on it, although I know figured out, Bartonella was also giving me pretty bad neuros as well.
psano2 i was on that plus Biaxin and Mepron, I really don't think I had babs, but I could be wrong, just since I was taking Mepron longer than Alinia and it was helping me also with my Neuros, although not by much, I have a hunch it was killing some bart although not much. On Enula now for parasites. BIG anxiety from that. I found what works though.
Take Enula, with 10 drops Parsley Extract, 7-10 Drops Amantilla, 10 Drops Pinella, and 10-15 drops Burbur, all are nutramedix herbs.
