I've been really thinking about my symptoms and reading some good Lyme disease books that i read about online here and just wanted to see if anyone has ever thought about the following:
In certain books in described people who were actually legally blind, then diagnosed with lyme and then treated and got their sight back.
It's amazing.
But anyways what i wanted to address is the never ending path (without treatment) of things that lyme can cause.
For example, a lot of mention is put that lyme and sarcoidosis are the same ... well either way say untreated lyme can cause sarcoidosis, then untreated sarcoid can cause diabetes insipidus, then untreated DI can cause ADHD etc....
I used the above example because I really think I've been undiagnosed for like 5 years until very recently and think i have gone down this path to starting the ADHD part.
Like I started with the original lyme symptoms, then oddly developed some 'sarcoid' symptoms (like the messed up vita D levels), then always dehydrated, urinating, uncontrollable dehydrated skin which points to diabetes insipidus.
I'm just wondering if anyone else out there went down any other 'paths' -- or the same one -- of other conditions that lyme has caused, that have started overflowing into other things.
Hopefully other's can share their experiences and also if you've seen a 'backtracking' once starting treatment for Lyme - since it started it all!

One of my main reasons for sticking with abx treatment for LD, even though I'm not really sure that LD can be 100% cured, is that I DO FIRMLY believe it opens the door to a host of other serious syndromes and conditions - like sarco, MS, Lupus, and many, many more.
I might just beat my LD into submission rather than conquering it, but I definitely want to close the door on all of the rest it can lead to.
As I've gotten better, I've retraced all of my symptoms almost exactly in reverse of experiencing them.
