I am considering to get some porbiotics. I searched online and get result like Vitamin Shoppe Ultimate 10 Probiotic which is quite cheap compared with Theralac.

So please suggest any brand that you think that has best value and price.

I use Udo's choice, Super 8 Hi-Potency. Go to vitacost.com and do a seach for Udo's choice. They have the best price for that brand.

yeah Theralac is great.....but jeez they just bumped the price up $10...up to 45 bucks a bottle... [Eek!]

gotta get 2 to get free shipping..pretty soon I'll have to start shopping around too...
