I am starting really low dose, and I've been fighting sinus respritory problems.
Lyme/Bart co-infection is flaring again from stress.
Been fighting headaches for awhile,started Oregano and a small amt. of Pure Virgin Coconut oil chilled [ aprox.1/8th tsp. ].
I did this Tue.,Wed and today [haven't dont the Coconut oil today yet].
Could I be herxing??? I woke up about three a.m, w/ the migraine from hell. Strange smells.and Myclonis jerking [haven't had that too badly for awhile].
I have to get rid of the sinus/respritory and crackling chest.And noe rt.eye is blurring more than normal.
I'm trying to keep quiet,and in a darkend room. Txcoord,got me a migraine med' at lunch time.
It'll pass sometome...wish it'd hurry.

Jus' me, am going to assume that naything differnt about my regimen could cause a herx?!
Meds/herbs have affected me oddly all my life it seems.My understanding is this is common in Lyme and Co.
if I can keep the headache and now dizzyness from worsening,maybe I can make it thru this. I will keep trying!
Later...my dizzy self is going to try and sleep.

It did the same thing to me years ago. It was potent for me as well

Thanks for teh reply w/ your experiences! I also think ,the Oregano and the migraine meds [OTC}don't like each other. AM glad I only took the half dose for Migraine.
It's 3am and i am wide awake w/ heartpalps after a nightmare. I'll have to be super careful what I take for now.
The MVP has been acting up again,,but it might act up from tthe migraine pain too. it had calmed down finally last year and ststarted back to problems a few months back...
OY... will try to go back to sleep again in a bit... sometiem later to day I gotta do some laundry lest poor TxCoord and I have no clothes.
Guess I'll jus' be doing one load,and napping alot again. If the neigbors half grown pup 'Howling-Screecing-Banshee-Rex' stays quiet.
