My cousin and I were talking a couple of weeks ago. She asked if I thought her husband might have Lyme Disease. His symptoms, which I only just found out about, absolutely warrant some LD concerns.
He is currently in the Navy and has some reservations about getting tested.
Has anyone ever been diagnosed while active in an armed service? been discharged because of it? been able to see another doctor outside of the armed services? been treated by a doctor within the armed services successfully?
Thank you! FKOW!

There are several members here in the military. One that comes to mind is "Proudtoserve."
Go over to General Support and when she shows up for her birthday greetings, you can send her a PM.

hi flintykindofwoman, I PM'd you.
I'll have "proudtoserve" check for PMs tomorrow. Military Lyme Support is part of Yahoo Groups, definately have him look into that too.
Hey there Lymetoo, how do you do it? Keeping up with birthdays and keeping up with all these posts? you deserve a big hug
