Has anyone tried this drug combo? It is for Bartonella/lyme:

600 mg Rpfampin -Monday-Friday
600 mg Azithromycin- Saturday and Sunday
200 mg Doxycycline - everyday

Does it seem like a good plan?

Zith + Rifampin knocked the Bart out of both my daughters.

Patience is the key. My girls did not herx or appear to have any changes at first. But then after a few weeks, it kicked in and they improved by leaps and bounds.

A great combo!
