When you want to find a user, you can click on "directory" above (under "post a reply" and between "my profile" and "search", then enter their user name.

Results of directory search for "clarissa": Clarissa

Click on the name, go to the profile & click on send PM.

Alternatively, find a thread she recently posted in and click on the envelope in the post or click on the "user name" there.
