My LLMD prescribed omnicef/cedfinir 300 mg bid and zithromax 250 mg bid. I took the first dose (one of each) last night.
Had some stomach issues but didn't notice much else.
I took the next two this morning and about an hour later started feeling extremely dizzy, having hot/cold flashes, racing heart and this general weakness that is so awful I can't explain. Along with stomach issues. I feel really out of it.
I had to leave work because I felt so horrible. My LLMD hasn't called back.
I don't think this is a herx since I just started the meds but I know it's something. It's just a strange feeling I can't describe.
If she doesn't call back I don't know if I should take the next dose tonight.
Has this happened to anyone? Does my body have to get used to these?
