Can someone point me to the Lyme Association approved protocol for Doxy and Flagyl? I know that others have said it mentions Doxy should be at 200 mg. twice a day and than a rotation of Flagyl for the cyst form, however my doctor has me on 100 mg. of Doxy twice a day and NO flagyl! I tried to explain to him that I didn't think the dosage was high enough and I needed the flagyl for the cyst form and he didn't agree. I want to bring in the documentation from the Lyme Association to show him.
