I never had burning symptoms. Other people have told me about having burning skin and feet and I think it might be a bartonella symptom.

It could be a bartonella symptom. My skin burned a little in the shower, but since treatment this symptom has abated.

For me, this was neuropathy. Skin burning is a common symptom of neuropathy. Mine got much better on doxycycline. The skin crawling which is another neuropathic symptom went away on doxy. It took longer for the burning pain to go away.

The doxy brought out the long red bart streaks so it's possible the neuropathy was caused by bart.

I still have bart but the neuropathic pain is gone most of the time.

This a new symptom for me. It popped up out of nowhere after initial infection in '99, just in the last few months.

Thanks goodness my burning skin only last about 5-10 minutes and quits. It might go on and off daily or I might not experience it for a day here or there.

I know some have this sx really bad. I just now realized, I hadn't experienced this sx until I started a levaquin protocol to go after bart?????

Well, that might be the bad guy?

Bart is the bad guy. He is the evil twin of Babs.
