Noticed this morning that the sides of my teeth are turning brown!
Started CMS 2 weeks ago to help w/detox. Using Fibermax w/it 4X a day.
Yeast in mouth has been bad lately.
Still on iv doxy (going on 5 months) Azithromicin oral and many sups also being taken.

Not sure .... mine turned black on oral Ketek. I think I used a Q-tip and peroxide and baking soda to scrape it off, but not sure if this is the same thing or not.

mine stained brown on the sides on IV Rocephin
A teeth cleaning after IV rocephin removed it all Pearly white now.

I've heard of minocycline doing that but I don't know about doxy. They are in the same class.
Please contact your LLMD and let them know ASAP. They may want to switch you to another abx.

My husband gets it. He goes to the hygienist and gets it scraped off.

No matter how much I brush, my teeth get that brown discoloration too along the sides in the back.
A thorough cleaning at the dentists always gets rid of it, for a couple of months at least. Fortunately it is not permanent.

I am seeing the dentist this month so we'll see what he says. I have the same thing! Brown stains! I am on Mepron, Ceftin and Azythrmicin.
