Anyone know if bart, babs, myco and all the rest of the gang can be passed from mom to fetus in utero?

I don't know, but my personal experience was that I passed lyme only to one of my children, not my 2 co-infections.

Congenital means is known to be a transmission mode for:

Human Granulocytic Anaplasmosis (HGA)
Babesiosis
Bartonella
Brucellosis
Lyme disease
Mycoplasma
Query Fever
Relapsing Fever
