Ditto here. Thirty pound loss.
Down to a whopping 98lbs here.
Babesia can contribute to weight loss.
Adrenal fatigue can also.
I think my culprit may be my thyroid meds.(possibly hyperthyroid now)
Maybe adrenal fatigue also.
Hugs,
Geneal

Lots of people do experience weight loss, including myself.
But one thing you should have checked is your Thyroid levels. The TSH, TFree Cells, and others. I think it is called a complete panel.
Most MD's only check TSH and that is not thorough enough.
Lyme is notorious for affecting the thyroid.
Umm.. lyme is notorious for affecting EVERYTHING!

Yeah, same here, I have never been able to get to a normal weight since 2003 when I relapsed (except when I was pregnant and pretty much asymptomatic).
Geneal, Oh my goodness, how tall are you? How are you doing treatment-wise? I have not started yet, but hope it improves for me.
Take care, Ocean

I've lost about 45 lbs. My lowest (recorded) weight is 87 lbs. I was very thin to begin with too (125 lbs.), I think weight loss is very common, especially when co-infections are involved.
Mine ended up being due to paralyzed stomach muscles, IV Nutrition has helped me gain back some weight.
