I will attempt to chronicle my experiences at:

Sunday night, PBS' NOVA had a wonderful program on photons.
I'll see if I can find the link. It may be helpful to see this before you go. It's usually on line, too.

This illustrates how photons travel. VERY nicely done.
Note: Due to rights restrictions, this hour-long program is only available for streaming on the NOVA site for one week, from October 22 through October 28. (Thereafter it will disappear into a parallel universe.)
Mark Oliver Everett, the creative force behind the indie rock band EELS, sets out on a journey to connect with his deceased father, Hugh, a cult figure in the world of physics who pioneered the theory of parallel universes.

I don't believe anything is a miracle cure and am not suggesting this will be one. I am just hoping to see some positive benefits. We will see.

While this is a "working" vacation, be sure to also: have some fun . . . capture enjoyment . . . experience wonder and build friendships.
