I had violent vomiting and diarrhea before I treated for parasites.

Yes, parasites is another possibility. Sometimes the two go hand in hand.

I have been spitting up this stringy stuff and I feel poisoned. I am sure it is yeast [Frown]

This has happened before on Rocephin (now I'm on Doxy).
