I get a dull achy pains in my legs at night when im trying to go to bed. I stretch and that helps, sometimes take a motrin.

In the am and during the day it is fine.

Any ideas. I have lyme, bart and babs.

lyme and bart...I still have it and babs is out...and any killers I get it hurts...I address them both

yes when you stretch them you feel better..careful AS these two bugs can create pain behind the knees and you feel like you can not stretch them or while you stretch them you feel better...( they have already created their " heaven place " and I still hurt in my medications right there )

...JUST found that ( one knee MRI) that arthritis has taken place( probably long time ago as the pain you perscribe I had it since long ago)..

in that case be careful on using QUINOLONES...

Rub magnesium oil on them... It may work to relieve the pain, It does for me. I learned really quickly that you can't put it on after shaving your legs - it burns like nobody's business... I try to warn people. [Smile]

Lemon in your water during the day... and take calcium before going to bed.
